Our attorneys have issued a memorandum regarding the participation and potential benefits for condominium owners named in our lawsuit. For a copy of this memorandum, please email us. We will be glad to email or regular mail a copy to you.
When emailing us, please be sure to include your name, email address or mailing address, your Navarre Beach property address and Condominium name.
Documents Needed from Condominium Owners:
1. Leaseholder Information Sheet (click here for a copy of this form)
2. First or Original Lease – This the lease between Santa Rosa County and the first or original leaseholder of your property.
Condo Owners: We do not need this first or original lease information for you. This information is found in your
Condominium Declaration documents and we will get one copy for everyone in your building.
3. Assignment of Lease or partial Assignment of Lease or Sublease and any Amendments (Last Lease) - This lease shows the
transfer of the lease from the prior leaseholder to the current leaseholder (you). You may find a copy of this lease in your closing
