Your tax bill includes both ad valorem taxes and non-ad valorem assessments.  You are NOT required to pay the ad valorem taxes if you are a named plaintiff in our lawsuit.  However, you are required to pay the non-ad valorem assessments on the your tax bill that include, but are not limited to, "Navarre Beach Fire"; "Navarre Bch Proj" (Beach Project or restoration) and "Nav Grand Canal". 

 

Our lawsuit only address "ad valorem taxes" and does not include or preclude you from payment of any non-ad valorem assessments.

 

In the past, these assessments or MSBUs were billed to you separately.  Starting with your 2006 tax bill, the Tax Collector included these assessments in the tax bill under "non-ad valorem assessments" as noted on the tax bill copy below.

 

Please be sure to pay these assessments, as well as any lease fees, when due.
